So I had this idea the other night. As I don't have the patience to write a book (although I'm working on one, sloooowly), I thought why not write a comic, but instead of using drawings, use photography and photoshop to make something that looks great and doesn't take years... I have a story in my head already

the stuff your producing (or excreting), and art, just dont fall into the same bracket im afraid.

nicking other peoples photos and sticking them together on a computer and writing nu metal lyrics on them is only an imitation of art. quit making comp backgrounds and submit something that you've actually created and then i'll give it a glance.

so whats your brilliant "concept" then, another one of your deep ideas?

I know; you left me about eight messages telling me so, I got the point after the first one. But everyone else seems to like what I've done, including me. And like I said, what with you having produced no deviations, watching no one, and with no favourites, it looks a little bit like you're just here to take the piss. If you genuinely didn't like anything I was doing, then you probably wouldn't have commented except possibly to say something constructive. Right now it just looks like spite.

Yeah I saw, and good for you, but it IS spite. If you don't like it then fine, there's plenty of stuff I don't like on DA. But whoever the "everyone else" is that you're talking to, they apparently didn't feel the need to be as destructive as you about the photos I've done. Maybe they ignored them, or went to look at something else they liked, rather than spending so much time venting whatever pent up anger they had on someone who'd done nothing to them. But whatever, if you think it's pretentious and you don't like it fine don't comment, go and fine some drawings of bunnies or something. You don't know me, like you said, but all you're doing here is the opposite of what you're trying to achieve. You're just making yourself look judgemental, immature and intolerant. Would you respect critique from someone who'd written the things you had? I wouldn't.
